<description>Thank you, Chris, this is very encouraging. How many of us can relate to this story? I think most of us can in one way or another. I know it was hard for me to leave the 9-5 rat race, but I do not regret it for one moment. Our fears and insecurities will always try to keep us down. Once you make the decision to rise above those feelings, there is nothing you cannot do.

<description>Very well said Chris…I believe that life is truly to be lived. I was just talking with my son earlier this evening. He has earned a right to play soccer in front of the State Coaches in working to get a spot to try out for the State Team. In California…it is a big thing. He is super talented but at times he doubts himself and holds back because every once in awhile he will get into a mode where he is unsure of himself.

I was encouraging him to hold absolutely nothing back at all…to be bold, to risk, to lay everything on the line and be an overcomer. I told him that those are the people that actually make it to the bigger venues such as the regional and national levels.

Most people never realize they have such opportunities as he has and because they lack the awareness of what is actually happening around them or the courage to give it a &quot;do or die&quot; effort they never even begin to see their dreams fulfilled.

Thank you Chris for sharing with us all…Blessings my friend!

		<description>Hello Chris,

Great post and so true of so many people today who haven&#039;t taken that leap of faith. I am also taking that leap of faith and launching an internet business. The internet is bringing new wealth to so many people who otherwise could not afford to start up a business or buy a franchise.

I wish you well in your new adventures. Beth</description>

<description>Hi Joe, I mean Chris. One of the saddest things is to see people living quite lives of desperation. Living in a rut, having no hopes, no dreams because their social network holds them back.

I&#039;m shocked when I see someone trying to better themselves and their friends and family are not supportive. It happened to me. They said I would never succeed. They acted like I was insane because I was going the untraditional route.

After 17 years, in the software industry, I was winning the rate race but living like a rat. I was too busy, making a living to live a life.

I made the jump into the Volcano.

In fact, my 8 year old pushed me off the edge and I thank god every day he did. You can watch our video here: http://terrypetrovick.com/about-2/

My journey was not easy...but...it was worth it. I would do it again in a heart beat!

I have found that the person I have become in the process is worth so much more than the safety, and security of my corporate rat race lifestyle.

While I dreamed of a day I could control my time and my income, I had no idea how much personal development I would have to go through. But, it was in this journey that freedom became mine.

I&#039;m thrilled to say, I so much happier today than I was after 17 years in the software industry, I have friends all over the world, and I get to truly make a difference in someone&#039;s life every single day.

And by the way, because I constantly focus on helping others succeed, I have been blessed financially.

Thanks for your leadership Chris.

You have a choice so, make it a better than terrific day!

Terry

<description>First Chris, thanks for the kinds words regarding my new series.
I haven&#039;t seen anything like it on the internet and am going to run
with it.

Secondly, and more importantly....Amazing article! Too many
people get comfortable....comfortable is great when it comes
to get a good night sleep but not when it comes to living the
remaining hours of our lives while we are awake.

We need to wake up and determine if we are happy living a
routine day in and day out or if we want to TRULY DO LIFE.

Thanks so much for sharing and we will plan on walking the
great beaches of this world in the years ahead!

Cheers
Steve

<description>It&#039;s always a good decision. One always needs to take control of their own lives. It puts them in control.
