It may seem impossible that a blogger would ever give you the front page of their blog to display your wares, but it is very possible indeed. There are literally thousands of people who realized the power of this method of backlinking benefiting from page one backlinks on sites with Pagerank of 6, 7 etc. It truly is quite easy too. As long as you like writing (you do not have to be the best writer in the world, and typos are allowed!) or have a great outsourcer who is worth their salt.

For a while now, many top bloggers have used a plugin called Top Commentators, which is a widget that sits in the sidebar of a site. It sits on every page, however, so this is immediately powerful for the links that are in that Top Commentators widget. The prerequisite to get into that box is you must be making valid and worthwhile comments on the blog, and you should also be in the post count of the top 10 or 15 people. So if the number 10 spot has 5 posts, you need to write 5 posts that week/month – depending on how the blog operates.

You can use different anchor texts for different blogs. You can put your name, or your website name – the blogs do not care, as long as you are adding valuable and fresh content to their blogs. This is not spam – you are collaborating with the owner of the site – and they welcome you with open arms – and even throw in an awesome backlink to boot.

To find these cool blogs that allow you to advertise on their home page, you simply need to go to Google, and type in the following:

This will throw up enough blogs for you to go through, and remember – actually pick blogs you want to comment on!

A soothsayer is a person who claims to speak sooth: specifically one who predicts the future based upon personal, political, spiritual, mental, or religious beliefs rather than scientific facts. If your an online marketer or an online marketer wanna-be, you are certainly aware of product offering after product offering that inundate you via ads and emails. Now there are a lot of claims they all make and that’s not what this post is going to be about. I am specifically going to talk about one of them.

One of the claims I see everywhere is the term ‘Turn Key’. Really? A turn key system? If there were such a thing wouldn’t you think they would have gone viral by now? If they really were why would you have to sell them? Firstly, the one thing that I don’t like about ‘turn-key’ systems is that they all tend to have the same front page. You may be able to add a small picture to make it different than others but basically they are the same. And aren’t they typically online brochures mainly dealing with products not you? If you are in business with a company that offers them, do not make them the focus of your opportunity. You need to sell yourself first. You need to use personal branding to differentiate yourself from the other 20,000 selling the same products or opportunities. How can you do that with a ‘turn-key’ system? So the sites look the same, what else is the same? More than likely you’ll find the capture pages and ad copy the same. You’ll also find the emails from the auto-responders the same as well. You can have em. The modern and more effective way to attract customers is not to sell at all. Build relationships. Provide value. Then give them more. Once you’ve earned their respect and trust then they maybe open to a product or opportunity. Even then, you need to make it their decision to explore it.

True there may be ‘turn-key’ systems so they may not really be lying, but where the rubber this the road will be in how effective they are. I don’t think they’re effective at all. When they then make claims of making lots of money on auto-pilot don’t believe them. If you get the feeling that something is to good to be true it’s because it probably is. They may as well be liars.
