I have spent the last 3 years devoting my time to helping others find their "true why", one that is beyond the material in search for the heart, the passion, the real reason as to what makes one get out of bed in the morning! And wouldn't you know it, my own "why" has changed with my awareness of what is possible. It's such an enjoyable, yet sometimes frustrating journey. But to answer the question you have posed here, my reason for building a business, developing the skills of an entrepreneur (because I was not born one like young Mr Budd), the failing forward that I have experienced, it's all for something way bigger than my own needs. I am tuning into my heart, and I believe I am here to inspire others to do just the same. Like you I aspire to see the smiles on the faces of those less fortunate from not only the new shoes I can provide, but for the time that I can give just to simply listen.
