Your welcome Robin.I think leadership no matter how much we are trained will only happen in 20% of us. Pareto’s law says that only 20% ever act upon things and even then circumstances come into play which makes that number even smaller. Throw in peer pressure and you only have about 3-5 leaders that do something with the skill. A leader is not measured by how high a position he attains but by how high those around him get lifted.
